How do I add a group in Human resources?

Human Resources > Groups

  • Click on the "New entry" tab

    • Give the group a name

    • Select the type: Company/Department/Division/Function/Other

    • Define a Ref.import if necessary

    • Click on "Save"

You can now add subgroups and members.

 

  • Add subgroup

    • Click on the tab "Create subgroup".

    • You have the choice between:

      • create a new subgroup (click "Choose" and you can create a new subgroup - name + type)

      • link an existing subgroup (choose the group you want to link)

 

  • Add members

    • Select the members you want to add
