How do I add a group in Human resources?
Human Resources > Groups
Click on the "New entry" tab
Give the group a name
Select the type: Company/Department/Division/Function/Other
Define a Ref.import if necessary
Click on "Save"
You can now add subgroups and members.

Click on the tab "Create subgroup".
You have the choice between:
create a new subgroup (click "Choose" and you can create a new subgroup - name + type)
link an existing subgroup (choose the group you want to link)

Select the members you want to add
