FAQ - QD-CHECK : handling error message

If the unit gives an error message when uploading a checklist :

Open

You can click on the home button at the bottom :

Open

Here you can click on the 'Show Synchronization Queue' button :

This shows an overview of actions that have not yet been sent to quasydoc, actions with a red background are actions with an error message :

When clicking on an action, the error message is displayed :

In this example, for one item, the answer was set mandatory after it had already started in the app.

You can now delete this action by clicking on the cross :

Then via overview checklists, you can edit them and resend them.
