How do I set up an Excel header?

Under Local management > company data - tab “document management” it is possible to upload a standard Excel header.

  1. Click on choose file.

  2. Then click on upload file. Type should be .xls or .xlsx.

  3. The text Excel header not set changes to Excel header set. As long as the text excel header set is there, it is active.

 

4. With the button download preview you can now see a preview of your set header.

 

Formatting header in Excel

The header should be set in the header of the Excel file. This is visible in the page layout view. (also for the header example)
