  • If these symbols are orange, they are required if disapproved.

  • If these symbols are gray, they are not required.

Once the template is added, an additional tab will appear: Executers

In the tab "Executers" tab you can select a possible user and/or function and then click on "Add user" or "Add function".

From this list you can then choose the effective user/function in the checklist.
