Specify a title
Define if applicable:
the product
the department
production line
Score table is a required field
Select the items and click on "Add"
Following symbols are visible in the list as determined on the item:
If these symbols are in black bold, they are required during check.
If these symbols are orange, they are required if disapproved.
If these symbols are gray, they are not required.
Fluorescent lights: score mandatory during inspection
Glass door: score required during inspection and photo required if rejected.
Mirror Ball: score required during inspection and photo required if rejected
Reflector: score mandatory during check and fix mandatory if rejected
Once the template is added, an additional tab will appear: Executers
In the "Executers" tab you can select a user and/or function and then click "Add user" or "Add function".
