How do I create a problem code?

Problem codes are used in:
Customer complaints
Supplier complaints
Non-conformities (internal quality problems)
You must first define the frequent problems or complaints in a "Problem Code". When deploying a complaint or internal quality problem, the problem can be selected from this list. Afterwards you have the possibility to generate statistics regarding a problem code in the quality indicators (module Quality Assurance).
Quality Assurance > Problem Codes
General tab :
Fill in the fields marked with a red asterisk.
When product is required is indicated, Quasydoc will show a message if there is another product added to the complaint.
Tab Evaluation criteria
The Evaluation Criteria tab is applicable for problem codes of the customer complaint type or non-conformity. Here you have the option to select criteria to be reviewed for a customer complaint or a non-conformity.
