Overview registration fields

Registering data of certain products at a certain time can be done in Quasydoc using customized registration forms. You can create the templates of these forms via "Templates". To plan registrations, go to "Planning".

In the screen Overview Registration Fields you will find an overview of all performed registrations where you can quickly view or filter the most relevant information (Quality control > Registrations > Overview registration fields):

  • Reference

  • Type

  • Registration point

  • Template

  • Lot

  • Date

  • Product Data

  • Field

  • Value

  • Limits

  • Remarks

There may be multiple fields in 1 registration form. Quasydoc repeats the reference number as many times as there are fields.

It is possible to export the data concerning the registration fields to Excel.
