Problem codes are used in:
Customer complaints
Supplier complaints
Non-conformities (internal quality problems)
You must first define the frequent problems or complaints in a "Problem Code". When deploying a complaint or internal quality problem, the problem can be selected from this list. You have afterwards the possibility to generate statistics regarding a problem code with the quality indicators (module Quality Assurance).

Fill in the fields marked with a red asterisk.
When product is mandatory, Quasydoc will show a message if there is another product added to the complaint.
Assessment criteria
The Assessment Criteria tab is applicable for problem codes of the customer complaint type. Here you have the option to select criteria that should be assessed for a customer complaint.
