Problem codes are used in:
Customer complaints
Supplier complaints
Non-conformities (internal quality problems)
You must first define the frequent problems or complaints in a "Problem Code". When deploying a complaint or internal quality problem, the problem can be selected from this list. Afterwards you have the possibility to generate statistics regarding a problem code in the quality indicators (module Quality Assurance).

General tab :
Fill in the fields marked with a red asterisk.
When product is required is indicated, Quasydoc will show a message if there is another product added to the complaint.
Tab Evaluation criteria
The Evaluation Criteria tab is applicable for problem codes of the customer complaint type. Here you have the option to select criteria to be reviewed for a customer complaint.
