How do I create a proposal production?

If you want to produce something, you need to make a production planning proposal.

Production > Proposal production planning

Click on "New Entry".

The following screen will open

You need to indicate what exactly you want to produce, how much, over which production line, the start date and a sequence.

At "Date of production" you need to enter the date when you want the production to take place.
Under "Date of expiration" you can manually enter which date of expiration you would like to set for the product. If you leave this blank, the system will calculate an expiration date based on the data in the shelf life entered, which can also be found under the tab "Production" at product level.
Click on “Save and close” and return to the overview via "Close".

For your information: You can also set the batch size at product level. To do this, go to Basic data -> Product -> Products and select the product. Under the tab "Production" you can set this up. Also the production line is set there and will be automatically selected in this window.

This is just a proposal production to production planning.

Check the box on the right and then click the "Approve" tab.
Go to Production > Production Planning : the order is attached here in the list
