How do I add production phases?

It is a system to limit the visible analysis methods at "Input sample".

Production phases are created at:

  • Production > Production Phases

Click on "Add”

Enter the description and click on "Save"

  • The analysis method must be linked to a product:

Quality control > Methods of Analysis - button "Link to product(group)".

Tab "Product group" - choose a product and click "Save".

Then at "Choose" you can select a lab

  • At Basic Data > Product > Products you can link to a production phase.

Button "Link production phases and analysis methods".

 

  • You can now select the production phase at Quality control > Input sample

At "Add sample" a shorter list is now visible

 

Note: If production phases have already been created, you may find that analysis methods are no longer visible. In that case, link your production phase to your product.
