How do I add evaluation criteria?

  • Evaluation criteria can be added to problem codes of the customer complaint or non-conformance type.

  • Evaluation criteria are created at:

Quality Assurance > Problem Codes - " Evaluation Criteria" tab.

  • Click on the "New Entry" tab

  • Fill in the name, choose the type and select if the evaluation criterion applies to a customer complaint or a non-conformity and click on save.

Your evaluation criterion is now created and visible in the overview.

  • Now go to your non-conformity or customer complaint.

  • Place a check mark at " Evaluation criteria" and they will be displayed below.
