How do I validate a registrations out of specification?

In Quality Control > Registrations > Overview of registrations, you can see in the "Validation" column whether a record is out of specification. It then says: validation.

If you click on this, another screen will open.
You will then see two buttons: "Create non-conformity" and "Validate deviation".

Choice :

Create non-conformity: a new non-conformity opens and you can fill it in.

Validate deviation: a pop-up window opens and you can add a remark.

In the overview it is then visible in the following form:
