You must first define the frequent problems or complaints in a "Problem Code". When deploying a complaint or internal quality problem, the problem can be selected from this list. You Afterwards you have afterwards the possibility to generate statistics regarding a problem code with in the quality indicators (module Quality Assurance).

General tab :
Fill in the fields marked with a red asterisk.
When product is mandatoryrequired is indicated, Quasydoc will show a message if there is another product added to the complaint.
Assessment Tab Evaluation criteria
The Assessment Evaluation Criteria tab is applicable for problem codes of the customer complaint type. Here you have the option to select criteria that should to be assessed reviewed for a customer complaint.
