How do I fill out microbiological criteria in specifications?

General :

There are two possibilities :

  • Having the table of microbiological standards filled in by the supplier

  • To have the parameters filled in automatically by Quasydoc

The table with microbiological norms is filled in by the supplier


Specifications > Layout - Templates

  • Open the specification that includes a parameter table for microbiological standards.

 

  • Go to the microbiological table and click on the pencil at the back

  • Mark at Availability "Input (default)".

 

Suppliers can now fill in their own values.

 

  • The parameters will be filled in automatically by Quasydoc
    You do this by linking the parameters to a product group or product. If all the products in a group have the same norms, you can fill this in at product group level, Quasydoc will then retrieve this when drawing up the specification. You can do this for each product group with different norms. Example : for meat specifications these are retrieved from meat, for vegetables these are retrieved from the product group vegetables, etc.

  • For availability, indicate "view only" in the specification template. (see screenshot above). The suppliers can now NOT enter their own values. Quasydoc retrieves them from the product group/products. The supplier can only view them.
