How does version management of labels work?

  • Local management > Company data - Parameters

    • Under specifications : check "Use label approval system".

  • Basic data > Product > Products

  • Select product

  • Specifications" tab - "Calculated value" tab - Label section

  • The content of a label will be generated automatically based on data from step 2 (change data)

  • If a change is made, a new version number will be created with the date of creation.

Where are versions used?

  • When retrieving product data via REST API, the highest approved version of the label is always used.

  • For linked fields in specifications the latest version is always used.

Attention : If "Use label approval system" is selected under Company data; all versions must still be approved.
