How do I add an item?

Field check > Items

An item should be unique across templates and checklists.

• Click on "New entry"

• Fill in a title

• Add a description

• Select an item type

• Select the properties of your item:

  • Score mandatory during control

  • Determination mandatory during control

  • Photo required during verification

You can add a Picture - Desired

Click on "Save”

By clicking in the description text field, you can add the description in the 4 basic languages.
