FAQ - What is the drained weight per basic unit?

The functionality of "drained weight" only relates to the level of raw materials with liquid.

As soon as a drained weight has been entered, the calculation of the nutritional values on the one hand and the total weight of the raw materials on the other hand is based on "drained weight" and not on "net weight".

The drained weight has no influence on end products or semi-finished products.
